How intelligent is George W. Bush?
This question is very deceptive. Bush’s intelligence is not really the question. His effectiveness as a leader is what is being asked, really. I think Bush was at best a mediocre intelligence. I think I did better than he did in school and I think I am smarter than he is. But that’s just ny opinion.
